In Foundation Stage 2 (FS2), we strongly believe that playing and exploring are the best ways to learn! We plan our teaching and learning around the children’s interests so that our pupils are developing and mastering skills across the whole curriculum whilst learning about what they love. We adopt a range of teaching styles to suit the needs of all our pupils. Firstly, we play alongside them to support, teach and challenge them further. We deliver new learning in small focus groups and also offer whole class Phonics sessions. Whatever stage your child is at when starting in FS2, our staff will support them to access the wide range of learning opportunities in our indoor and outdoor environments and encourage and enable them to achieve their full potential.
